Transfer must be used on a shirt that is at least 50% polyester, but a 100% is preferable. A 50% polyester item will give you a vintage look.
The shirt/fabric must be a light colored fabric. NO BLACK fabric. It will not show up!
These transfers will not print white! If there is any white in the the image it will become the color of the shirt you put the transfer on.
The colors on the listing may differ from colors on transfer.
You will need a heat press to use this transfer. General instructions are as follows but adjustments may need to be made depending on your brand heat press and its abilities.
Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Set timer to 45-55 seconds.
Set Pressure at medium.
Put parchment or butcher paper inside the garment to ensure the ink does not bleed through the shirt to the back. Do not reuse this same paper, discard.
Place transfer face down on garment. ...
Press at 400 degrees F for 45-55 seconds with medium pressure.
Remove paper immediately and peel hot.
Made with love and care in a clean, smoke free, pet free home.

Transfer must be used on White or Light Colored 100% Cotton Fabrics
The use of a protective Teflon sheet or parchment paper is strongly recommended for ChromaBlast
transfer application when using a commercial heat press. The use of this sheet will protect your heat press and
eliminate the possibility of ChromaBlast paper curling or moving prior to heat fixation.

1. Set your heat press to 375 degrees high pressure 20-30 seconds.
If desired, you may trim the non-printed media around the printed image before transferring to
garments. Leaving a ¼" margin around the printed area is highly recommended for light-colored
2. Place the garment on the heat press, and position the ChromaBlast paper, with the image facing down,
over the garment.
3. Immediately place a Teflon heat sheet or parchment over the entire transfer.
4. Press to transfer at the recommended temperature / time / pressure
COLD PEEL – Wait for the transfer to cool at least two minutes and remove the backing paper as specified above.

IMPORTANT: Due to variations in garments and heat presses, these settings may vary. For best results, test
different time/temperature combinations to find one that works best with your garment/heat press combination.

Please note, higher temperatures generally require less time to prevent scorching. An insufficient time/temperature
combination may hinder ChromaBlast from completely curing to the cotton fibers, thus resulting in wash out.

If immediately after pressing, the paper is not easily peeled from the garment and resists removal
because the transfer is somewhat tacky, increase the amount of cure time.

Waterslide Decal Instructions

1. Spray your Waterslide Decal with a fixitive spray* to protect the ink from bleeding. To do this, spray your printed image from approximately 6-8 inches away. This should be repeated twice for best results.
2. Let the fixitive spray dry onto the image for an hour. To speed up the process, you may use a hair dryer, However; this is not recommended.
3. Once dry, cut the image, making corners as rounded as possible to prevent peeling in the future.
4. Soak the image in luke warm water for approximately 30 seconds, or until it begins to seperate from the backing. During this process, take care not to allow the image to bend, holding the image with your fingers may help to reduce bending while image is submerged in the water.
5. Carefully place the image on the product where you want it and gently slide the paper backing from behind it. Once the image is in place, gently smooth out any bubbles to make the decal flush with the product, then wipe off any water that remains on the product.
6. Allow product to dry with a fan, out of direct sunlight. Other options for hardening the product include using a hair dryer for one minute, or bake the item in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees fahrenheit .

*Fixative Spray options include: Mod Podge Clear Acrylic Sealer, Krylon Preserve It Spray, Papilio Aerosol Decal Fixative, Rust-oleum Crystal Clear Enamal, Rust-oleum Triple Thick Glaze.***********************************
---For white or light colored products, Clear waterslide decals work best.
---For dark or colored products, White waterslide decals work best. Cut the image close to the edges to remove any white background from appearing.
